Welcome to Grow Prett. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Order Acceptance

After checkout, you may receive an email, SMS, WhatsApp message, or confirmation window with a system-generated order number. This confirms that your order request has been received by Grow Prett.

Order confirmation does not always mean that the order has been fully processed or dispatched. Your order will be processed after verification, product availability, payment confirmation where required, and quality checking.

Order Cancellation

Grow Prett reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product is out of stock during processing or fulfillment
Technical error during order placement
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
Incorrect email or phone number
Pricing error or website listing mistake
Suspicious, fake, or incomplete order information
Negative or suspicious order history
Product found defective during quality control
Payment failure or payment declined by the bank/payment provider
Customer not responding to order confirmation or verification messages

Customers may request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Order Placement

Customers can place orders through our website using the available payment options. Depending on the payment methods available at checkout, orders may be placed through Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or other payment options shown on the website.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is processed. We try our best to fulfill every order, but if any item becomes unavailable, our team may contact you and offer an alternative product, design, color, or size within the same price range where possible.

If we do not receive a response from the customer within a reasonable time, Grow Prett reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.

Payment

Customers are responsible for providing correct payment and order details. If payment is required before dispatch, the order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery. Refusing a confirmed parcel without a valid reason may affect future order acceptance.

Delivery Delays

Grow Prett makes every effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may happen due to courier issues, stock availability, high order volume, weather conditions, public holidays, address verification, customer response delay, or circumstances beyond our control.

Grow Prett will not be held responsible for delays in pickup, transit, delivery, or courier handling once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery partner.

Force Majeure

Grow Prett will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, loss, damage, or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, floods, storms, earthquakes, strikes, courier disruptions, government restrictions, internet or technical failures, political situations, or any other force majeure event.

During Normal Days

Local Delivery: 3 to 5 working days, InshaAllah
International Delivery: 5 to 10 working days, InshaAllah

During Sale Days

Local Delivery: 5 to 10 working days, InshaAllah
International Delivery: 10 to 14 working days, InshaAllah

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, and order volume.

Product Information

We try our best to display product details, colors, prices, and availability accurately. However, slight color differences may occur due to photography lighting, editing, screen brightness, or device settings.

Any extra fabric, accessories, props, styling items, or embellishments used in photoshoots are not included with the product unless clearly mentioned in the product description.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Grow Prett reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update product prices, change offers, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, and delivery address while placing an order. Grow Prett will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Sale and Promotional Offers

Sale prices, discount codes, bundles, and promotional offers are valid only for the mentioned time period or while stock lasts. Grow Prett reserves the right to modify, pause, or end any offer at any time.
