At Grow Prett, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Validity

Products purchased from Grow Prett can be requested for exchange within 14 working days from the delivery date.

An exchange will only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong size was delivered

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product received is different from your confirmed order

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags still attached

  • In the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Color & Product Disclaimer

Please note that product colors may slightly vary due to photography lighting, editing, screen brightness, or device display settings. Such minor color differences are not considered a fault and will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.

Any extra fabric, styling pieces, accessories, embellishments, or props used during product photoshoots are not included with the product unless clearly mentioned in the product description.

Sale Items

Products purchased on sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Refund Policy

Grow Prett does not offer refunds once an order has been delivered. We only offer exchanges in valid cases such as damaged products, wrong sizes, or incorrect items.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is received, our team will review the details. If your request is approved, we will guide you on how and where to send the product.

Please do not send any item back without first contacting Grow Prett. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake was from our side, such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged product.

The product must be packed properly to avoid damage during return shipping.
